what a weekend

what a great weekend for the blues… chelsea’s 4-0 win coupled with united beating arsenal reduces the gap to 2 points at the top of the table. it’s a rare occasion that i want man united to win but i was delighted to see them beat arsenal for chelsea’s sake and because arsenal fans have become so cocky! what a fantastic achievment for arsenal to have won 49 premiership games in a row – they are a briilliant side but their run had to end somewhere. it was disappointing but made no change to see arsenal griping and moaning – bad losers…

yep – funny feeling cheering on Man U. Good to see Scotty Parker starting. Good to see Joe Cole deliver the goods too

I just posted an entry on my blog entitled “I’m not a Man Utd fan but yesterday i felt like one” – i think there’s a lot of people feeling like that today! Unfortunately I took my missus to her first premiership game on Saturday only to see the mighty, mighty Tottenham Hotspur lose at home to Bolton. Bill Nicholson would’ve been proud.

you are the exception that proves the rule (ok i know one other exception as well). of course any team’s fans who had won 49 games in a row might be entitles to being a bit cocky 😉
