i am excited to be able to show you the cover of fringe dweller. this is a new book i have co-written with david cotterill. the illustration is by jon birch and the sleeve and book layout joel baker. they are partners with me in getsidetracked.

we have a launch on february 5 at st mary’s in ealing which is a gorgeous venue. do come. i’d love a big crowd to celebrate with. you can join online too – book tickets here which of course are free. we will be exhibiting some of the artwork, david and i will be in conversation about the book, and we have invited a few artists to respond to the book with poetry, music and visual art. and of course drinks to toast the book!

fringe dweller is a collection of forty reflections based on encounters in the gospels of jesus the fringe dweller with those at the edges. each reflection includes a practice and a liturgy. there are twenty original illustrations throughout. it is an invitation to encounter the person of jesus christ afresh through scriptures and in prayer as your own story, life and call dialogues with jesus’ life. ideal for personal use, for groups and for those preaching or curating worship.
