hehehehe – you have one on your site! so you’ve caught it. it’s the same as an RSS feed – you get these newsreader programmes now (i use netnewswire lite but that’s a mac one – do a search or read around and you’ll find some for PCs – i think jason clark has a link to a few recently on his blog – see my links). basically what happens is that you can add an xml/rss feed (right clicking and copy the url) into your newsreader. then whenever you ask it to it will go and visit all those sites and either bring any new posts or a few lines of posts to you. so to see if someone has updated their blog you don’t have to keep visiting… the best thing is to find someone who has one and see it in action. then you’ll be converted! it really is good stuff, time saving, and one of the reasons i moved to typepad beacuse i realised if i didn’t get a feed then i’d be being missed by people surfing via newsreaders. hope this makes some sense? hope life is going well for you….
