church planting

off this weekend for the first re:source weekend in a year part time course on ‘church planting in the emerging culture’. i’ve been part of the planning group for this so it’s cool to see a dream come to pass… there are about 35 signed up for the course i think who will be discussing/learning/reflecting on church planting in the emerging culture. i’m doing some worship and teaching on mission, postmodern times, and dualism…

    i thought the session on dualism was really buzzing… i’m sure it was new to quite a few people and for some pulled the rug from under the feet a bit – particularly a view of the future that was about a renewed creation, but i also think they were excited about it. we’ll see…. thanks for asking!
