Well after 10 years involved in leadership in the church and six more as a follower, I am firmly in agreement with the slogan. In fact, I reckon it is part of my core beliefs.
Yes to supporting an individual’s initiatives. Yes, to taking initiatives myself. No to being part of an organisation whose ethos and structures are dictated by some leader. Even if it is me.
