in the midst of the buzz of the pioneer conversations day on tuesday we launched (or relaunched) anvil, a journal of theology and mission. this has actually been running for 30 years or so – this is volume 32. it looks great – amazing what a bit of design can do. it is available free online – you can read each article there or download the whole journal or download individual articles. each issue will be themed and have a mix of articles and reflections on practice as well as book reviews. i have joined cathy and craig to be part of the editorial team. this first issue explores some contemporary themes in mission. i particular liked john drane's article on mission education – creative and provocative. anyway have a look and see what you think. do let us know if you have thoughts/ideas for it into the future.
