Hi, Jonny. I’m listening to the new album from Wye Oak, an atmospheric indie rock duo from Baltimore. It is called Civilian. So far I love it and can imagine it in various worship contexts. I’m also a big fan of David Bazan, and have been listening to his new Strange Negotiations album just about non-stop since it came out a month ago. I saw him in concert with Tim Snyder and it was great. Also, if you haven’t found her yet, I listen to Esperanza Spaulding just about every day. Jazz with shades of reggae and hip-hop underneath.
Peace, Chris
