a few people have asked about the stuff presented and discussed on leadership yesterday. the way the day worked was that there were three presentations on leadership and then the rest was discussion and and questions. the plan at this stage is to turn the presentations from the day into a sort of primer/zine via lulu. so if you weren’t there and are interested watch this space and we’ll let you know when it’s available. the same thing should happen with the other blah days on formation and new monasticism. kester made the point that leadership is sometimes the elephant in the room that no one talks about in emerging church/alt worship circles. so it was good to spend a day reflecting on it…
