went to see king kong last night and loved it. the whole motion capture thing that they do is amazing.i confess i enjoyed it a lot more than narnia the week before (not that that was bad).

i feel like i’m getting ready for christmas. put the tree up today. when i bought it i followed this open top car carrying a tree in the passenger seat which looked a very cool way to take a tree home. managed to get a snap out of the car window on my mobile phone. the advent candle we have that jen picked up in norway is gradually burning down the days. party tonight.

i have done an online photo  album of snapshots 2005 (what we’ve tended to do the last few years to send to friends and family instead of the dreaded christmas newsletter). and i have even burned my tunes of the year CD.
