hey jonny. love dubb’s song “be yourself.” i’m pastoring a new church start in gaylord, michigan and about to become an unpastor. lots of reasons. mostly because i’m funded by a denomination and our experiment is taking too long for continued funding. that and i can’t handle mean-spirited christians who wound people who are way nicer than they are. and, i don’t know how, or perhaps lack the courage, to change them and the system.

david and bekah are the youngest of our five brilliant, amazing, loving children (the legacy my wife, kath, and i hold on to when it looks like everything else has failed).
