infinite bodies

i have a practice of averaging a gig a month as i know it’s good for my soul. this year i decided to make sure i do the same with art exhibtions. january was michael kenna’s amazing photography shin shin at the photographer’s gallery. and yesterday jen and i caught the last opportunity to see infinite bodies – wayne mcgregor’s choreography meets technology which was really wonderful. a few friends had enthused about it. i confess a highlight for me was watching lotus flower by radiohead surrounded by three large screens – i didn’t know that was choreographed by wayne mcgregor.

i also called in to the observatory café to see frankie mcallister‘s photo exhibiton subjective view which is on until july. she is a friend and part of the ealing lip group. her work is amazing. i especially loved the painterly landscapes which you can see in the photo header for this post. a nice café too!
