i have added to my art pics album some photos that i took of rachel whiteread’s embankment installation at the tate modern – sugar cubes/ice cubes/warehouse boxes – whatever they are they look great in the space and are good for a game of hide and seek! 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7
having just been a tourist in a city reminded me that good local knowledge is always unbeatable in terms of where to go and visit. so a tip if you are visiting london. when in the tate modern go and get a drink in the bar on the seventh floor (or a meal if you are rich!) and you get a fantastic view over to st pauls. this is a slightly weird photo as you can see the bar and my reflection a bit blurred but i sort of like it…
