i watched jump britain last night which was fantastic and inspirational… sebastien foucan and other exponents of parkour/free running negotiating various sites around britain. urbanfreeflow seems to be about the best site if you want to find out more about parkour. as with jump london there are probably a few good sequences in the programme that you could loop for alt worship. if you missed it i think they are going to produce a dvd of that and jump london in a couple of months.
jump london is already available on DVD. i got it second hand via amazon a few weeks back.
