was at the scooter cafe today at lunchtime with si and gareth (best coffee in london in my view) and noticed this shrine behind the counter. the photo is on my phone so isn’t great – but the shrine contains a picture of mary, coke bottle, a snow dome, a flower, some dried chillies, and a shiny goblet with a madonna and child on. weird combination eh? but probably typifies the mix of many peoples eclectic spirituality…
